Appearing before the Court?  Learn about Remote Appearances

Face-coverings at the Courthouse: Effective Monday, March 7, 2022 the Court is modifying face-covering rules. The Court strongly encourages, but will not require, face-coverings for those who are fully vaccinated in all court facilities. All other unvaccinated persons entering court facilities will continue to be required to wear face-coverings. The Self-Help Center and Law Library will still require face-coverings upon entry regardless of vaccination status.

  • Receive Text Court Reminders

    This service provides text message reminders for hearing dates and payment due dates. Text case number to 831-208-5170.

  • Remote Appearance

    Remote appearance information and instructions for virtual courtroom connections.

Additional Services

  • Pay a Traffic Citation or Criminal Fine

    Pay traffic/criminal fines or make a payment on an existing payment plan online with a credit card.

  • Tentative Rulings

    Prior to the scheduled hearing of a Law and Motion, Complex Civil Litigation or a Discovery matter, the Court may issue a tentative ruling, in the discretion of the judge.

  • California Courts Online Self-Help Center

    The Online Self-Help Center of the California Courts provides information on a wide range of legal matters.

  • Request a Fine Reduction

    Access the California Courts Website to request a fine reduction for your traffic ticket in cases of financial need. (Available beginning February 18th, 2022)
