Disability Accommodation Request
It is the policy of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Cruz, to assure that qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system. The Court makes all reasonable efforts to meet the needs of people with impairments or disabilities.
Wheelchair Access
Exterior ramps are available at the Santa Cruz and Watsonville Courthouses.
Auditory Impairments
All courtrooms are equipped with Assistive Listening Systems that allows a person with auditory impairments to sit anywhere in the courtroom and hear the proceedings. Should you wish to use the Assistive Listening System, simply ask the court attendant or bailiff.

California Rule of Court 1.100 provides more information about disability accommodation requests and the court.
Anyone wishing to file a complaint regarding the Court’s ability to provide an accommodation under the American’s with Disabilities Act of 1990 may do so. Please follow the instructions below to contact the Court about a complaint dealing with an accommodation.
