Self-Help COVID-19 Information

We are open in Watsonville Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Due to our very limited seating, please call or email first, so we can make sure you are prepared for your visit. Please do not have a friend or family member call or come in person for you. We can only work with the person in need directly.

Due to the current complexity of landlord tenant law, we are providing limited assistance. For a plain language explanation of some of the impacts of the new Tenant, Homeowner, and Small Landlord Relief and Stabilization Act see the information provided by the Housing Is Key.  This interactive guide will help both landlords and tenants understand their rights under the new act.

The Self-Help page has many resources that may be helpful to you at this time as well as the state Self-Help web site.

The Law Library in Santa Cruz is providing limited walk-in services Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Appointments for computer use and research may be made.
