How to Appear in Court
Face-coverings at the Courthouse: Effective Monday, March 7, 2022, the Court is modifying face-covering rules. The Court strongly encourages, but will not require, face-coverings for those who are fully vaccinated in all court facilities. All other unvaccinated persons entering court facilities will continue to be required to wear face-coverings. The Self-Help Center and Law Library will still require face-coverings upon entry regardless of vaccination status.
Dependency: Court appearances are in person at the Watsonville Courthouse. Unless directed otherwise, you may appear in person or by Zoom.
Juvenile Justice: The Court has live sessions and Zoom sessions. Please look at the date of your hearing so you can see your choices below:
- Monday - In person Watsonsville Dept B at 1:30 PM. Appear in person if Probation or the Court has directed you to, otherwise, you can call or Zoom/call in.
- Tuesday - In person Watsonville Dept B at 1:30 PM. Appear in person if Probation or the Court has directed you to, otherwise, you can call or Zoom/call in.
- Wednesday - Remote Only. Zoom or call in.
- Thursday - Remoted Only. Zoom or call in.
- Friday - In person Juvenile Hall Felton 8:30 AM. Appear in person if Probation or the Court has directed you to, otherwise, you can call or Zoom/call in.
